Mash built the DX Academy, our online learning hub hosting a full suite of short targeted safety toolkits. Thousands of staff access training through the Academy, which also holds complete training data.
As well as improving safety and performance, the Academy, partially funded by Aviva, helps DX to maintain its safety record.
