The Middle Leadership Development Programme – MLDP (now The National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership – NPQML) was a national qualification designed by the National College of Teaching & Leadership to support the professional development of aspiring and serving middle leaders.
MLDP enabled over 500 clusters of schools, academies and children’s centres to deliver professional development to their own middle leaders, developing effective leadership of teaching and learning. Mash helped to design and deliver digital content to promote the course, share success and for use within course modules.
