Hft – helping people to live the best life possible
Hft is a national charity supporting over 2,500 adults with learning disabilities. It’s been our privilege to work with the charity for over 15 years, telling the stories of the people they support, creating e-learning programmes and raising awareness of their services and successes. In some of our work together, we’re proud to have played a part in helping to inform and improve practice within the care sector.
