Young’s Seafood – Everyone Safe

Building on our long-term safety, health and environment work with Young’s Seafood, in 2020 Mash collaborated on the deployment of the company’s new health and safety strategy, Everyone Safe.  Mash created  the master brand and all design, communication and learning materials, including bespoke training for safety leaders to support their development and competency in rolling out the strategy deployment plan to the wider workforce. Learning on the programme is set to target 5 key focus areas in its first year, and roll out across Young’s 3000-strong workforce, is measured and managed in the Young’s SHE learning hub, created by Mash in 2017.
