Mash supports Young’s to improve their ways of working around safety, health and the environment, helping them to develop more consistent SHE management across their sites and 3000 strong workforce.
The SHE Learning Hub hosts targeted site-specific inductions for visitors, employees and contractors; it records and monitors contractor compliance with induction and insurance requirements, giving them a digital passport to access sites at an organisation-wide or site level.
